Quorra from Tron // Walt Disney World Half Marathon 2012

I used a store-bought costume for the top and wired it up with EL wires backed by reflecting tape so it glowed in the dark AND reflected light under flash photography. The disc was made out of dog frisbee covered in black electrical tape.
